Runbooks and checklists

This LLD summarizes the operational guides required to run the air-gapped factory and links to the detailed runbooks.

Minimum runbooks

• Mirror maintenance: see ../runbooks/mirror-factory-update.md.
• Offline transfer and import: see ../runbooks/offline-transfer-and-import.md.
• Air-gapped build trigger: see ../runbooks/airgapped-build.md.
• Observability and upkeep: see ../runbooks/observability.md.

Checklists

• Each runbook should include entry/exit criteria and a validation checklist.
• Maintain a pre-flight checklist covering registry reachability, mirror freshness, and free disk space on builders.
• Maintain a post-flight checklist ensuring BOM artifacts, logs, and digests are published to results storage.
